GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Program Dates:  Friday, May 20, 2022 - Sunday, May 22, 2022 (see agenda times below)
  • Event location:  Allegria Hotel, 80 West Broadway, Long Beach, NY 11561
  • The program includes meals and overnight accommodations.  It is free to members of Region 12 on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A $75 deposit is required via check made payable to PEF and received by May 13.  Checks should be mailed to the PEF Region 12 office:  1383 Veterans Memorial Highway, Ste. 16, Hauppauge, NY 11788-3048.  Checks will be returned at check-in.
  • Overnight rooms are based on double occupancy (double occupancy is defined as two PEF Region 12 members who opt to room-share).  Please see the Hotel Information page for single room options.
  • Street parking is available at no additional cost.
  • Valet parking is available at a rate of $40 per night (cost is not included in the conference and will be billed to the attendee)
